Our students are ALWAYS at the heart of what we do. Our online collegiate level membership has built a unique and special network of educators seeking to put people over profit!

Our In-Person and Online Experience Exchange Educational program has been adapted and customized to meet every student’s specific career needs. No matter location or level, our passionate network is comprised of licensed educators, certified teachers, mental health and career professional mentors. Our *reverse accredited faculty, staff, and Higher Learning Commissioned Board Members volunteer to give you quality education and experiences that lead to more than a degree. 

For every resource donation we are able to host professional development courses, purpose plan mentoring, along with customized career programs for our student and members. Our educational program comes with professionally managed co-op leadership and community mentors that offer knowledge and access to additional resources and experiences that transform lives. 

Knowledge, Capitol, and Volunteering, are all part of the collaborative learning enviornment. As a client or member our experience exchange program creates internship/ externship opportunites for your organization or project.  Our programs helps your organization gain leverage by allowing our students to gain employment and/or experience that gives back to our community while creating sustainable workforce oppourtunities that contribute knowledge, and wealth.
